The Odin Method

Four phases that turn marketing spend into predictable revenue.

The same framework runs on every account, whether you're a trade business in Geelong or a national ecommerce brand. It's how we can commit to KPIs in 90 days — or keep working for free until we hit them.

    Phase 01

    Audit & Discovery

We find out where the money is leaking before we spend a dollar.

Every engagement starts with a forensic look at your numbers: analytics and tracking accuracy, search visibility, ad account structure, funnel drop-off, offer strength and competitor positioning. We interview your sales team, listen to real enquiry calls and map the journey a buyer actually takes.

Search, paid and conversion gap analysis
    Competitor and offer benchmark
    Prioritised list of revenue leaks
    Phase 02

    Strategic Blueprint

A costed plan with targets, owners and timelines — not a slide deck.

We turn the audit into a 90-day plan tied to commercial targets: cost per qualified lead, pipeline value and return on ad spend. Channels are chosen on maths, not fashion. You see the budget split, the sequence of work and the KPIs we'll be held to before anything goes live.

    Phase 03

    Creative Execution

Campaigns, pages and creative built to convert, then shipped fast.

Our strategists, copywriters and designers build the assets: landing pages, ad creative, search campaigns, content and lifecycle email. Everything is built around a single conversion goal and launched in waves so we're learning within the first fortnight, not the first quarter.

    SEO content and technical fixes
    Lifecycle email and follow-up automation
    Phase 04

    Optimisation & Scale

Weekly testing, ruthless cuts, and budget pushed to what works.

Once data is flowing we test continuously — offers, audiences, creative, landing page structure and bidding. Losing spend is cut early, winners get more budget, and every change is logged against its effect on cost per lead and revenue. You get transparent reporting you can actually read.

    FAQ

    Questions about the Odin Method

How long does each phase take?

Discovery and the strategic blueprint come first, then execution begins and optimisation runs continuously from there. The commitment we make is commercial rather than calendar-based: KPIs agreed in the blueprint phase are guaranteed within 90 days.

Does the method change by channel?

No. The four phases are identical whether the programme is SEO, Google Ads, paid social or a combination — only the market inputs and the deliverables change.

What happens in the audit and discovery phase?

We establish where revenue is actually being lost before proposing anything, which frequently means the channel a client came for is not the one we start with. The findings set the KPIs used for the rest of the engagement.

What is reported, and how often?

Commercial KPIs agreed in the blueprint phase, reported weekly, with a monthly strategy review. Impressions, rankings and reach are treated as diagnostics rather than outcomes — the standard is set out on our ethos page.

What if the agreed KPIs are not met?

We keep working at no additional charge until they are. There are no lock-in contracts either way, and the results this framework has produced are documented in the case studies and on the reviews page.
